White Light Interferometry for Highest Precision 3D-Structure Measurements by Mitutoyo Nederland BV
Using an apochromatic correction for aberration reduction and a long working distance, the new WLI objectives, covering a magnification range from 2.5x to 50x, enable highest usability in combination with best optical performance. Depending on the magnification, the WLI objectives are designed in a Michelson or a Mirau configuration. The also new developed WLI Unit contains a high-speed camera, a LED light source and a long range Z-scanner for scan ranges up to several millimeters.
